I chose the name 426 simply because it is my son's birthday, and he is well... my son!



I was reading a story to him one day and of course giving FULL acting. He was entranced. That simple act made me think of how fortunate he is to have a mother who is an actress. He will most likely (already has) develop a love of reading, which will carry him throughout his entire life successfully. I then realized that not all kids have this. A lot of children don't even have people who read to them at all. BAM! I got it. The first project that I could offer under this all encompassing banner 426 Enterprises. My "thing" that I want to create to start fulfilling my "God- work" in this life.



The 426 Literacy Project is a free workshop for ages 5 to 7. I have adapted the story of the Little Red Hen for the new generation, and along with performance and reading comprehension exercises we will bring the story to LIFE! I have a band of kooky actor friends who are all willing to perform for free! YAY! My goal is create excitement about reading. I aim to stir the imaginations of these kids, bringing the words off of the page. I want to leave them eager to bring more stories to life! What other worlds have been created on the page for them to jump in and explore? 



We are able to achieve what we believe, and able to believe all that we can imagine!



Moving further, I have an overall goal to focus on helping women and children. And oh yes, I have loads of ideas for future projects.

426 is currently not accepting any monetary donations... but thanks! Once the Literacy Project is up and running there will an opportunity to sponsor a school. I will be sure to always keep this site up to date for those things.
